New Governor of Kunduz Officially Introduced
According to a decree issued by the Amir al-Mu’minin, Mawlawi Nasrullah Muti, who has been appointed as the new governor of Kunduz province, was officially introduced to the people in a formal ceremony. The event was led by Mufti Sayed Ghaziullah Hashemi, Head of Governance and Public Affairs at the First Deputy Office of the Ministry of Interior.
The ceremony was attended by the deputy governor, the provincial police chief, the head of the Ulema Council, the commander of the 217 Omari Corps, the intelligence chief, and several civilian and military officials, as well as religious scholars and tribal elders.
The session began with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Following speeches by officials, the new governor emphasized his commitment to serving the people, strengthening the Islamic system, and the importance of cooperation in reconstruction efforts. He also highlighted the need to preserve the system and implement leadership directives, assuring the public of his full support and cooperation.
