National Police Hospital Performs First Successful Eardrum Surgery in Four Decades

A successful eardrum surgery was performed at the National and Specialized Police Hospital, marking the first time in forty years that such a procedure has been carried out at this facility.

Specialist doctors at the hospital creatively implanted an artificial membrane in the patient’s ear, which significantly improved their hearing.

Officials from the General Directorate of Health at the Ministry of Interior stated that, through modern medical facilities, they are now able to perform specialized surgeries and provide advanced treatments.
