Large Cache of Weapons and Ammunition Seized in Helmand Province

Counter-Terrorism Police of Helmand Provincial Command conducted several separate intelligence-based operations over the past five months in the center and districts of the province.

As a result of these operations, 426 different types of weapons, along with thousands of rounds of light and heavy ammunition, were discovered and seized.

In connection with the recovered weapons and military equipment, 75 individuals have been arrested and handed over to the judicial and legal authorities for further investigation.
