Kabul Governor Meets with UNAMA Central Region Chief

Al-Haj Mullah Aminullah Obaid, Governor of Kabul, met in his office with Ms. Tabitha Bogwa, Head of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) Central Region, and her accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, the Governor discussed the challenges, needs, and priorities of Kabul City and the province's districts. He emphasized that effective cooperation and coordination among UNAMA, sectoral departments, and the provincial administration are essential to meeting the basic needs of the people and ensuring that services are delivered to citizens fairly, efficiently, and transparently.
Ms. Tabitha Bogwa expressed appreciation for the cooperation of the Kabul provincial authorities and stated that Kabul Province is among UNAMA's key priorities.
She reaffirmed that UNAMA will continue its assistance based on the genuine needs of the people, convey the priorities and requests of the Kabul provincial administration and residents to the organization's senior leadership, and maintain transparency and support for those most in need as the guiding principles of its activities.
