Hundreds of police officers have graduated after completing their ideological and professional training at police training centers in the provinces of Kandahar and Kunduz.

Separate ceremonies were held in both provinces, attended by officials, police personnel, religious scholars, and a number of tribal elders.

At the graduation ceremony in Kandahar, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, emphasized the vital role of the security forces in preserving the Islamic system. He stated, “Security forces are the foundation of the Islamic system. We believe that officers trained with faith, sincerity, and professionalism will dedicate themselves to defending the nation, strengthening the system, and upholding Sharia. I expect all of you to serve your people, reject corruption, and keep the aspirations of our martyrs alive.”

Other officials also spoke during the ceremonies, highlighting the importance of both ideological and professional training for the police. They urged the graduates to treat the public with respect and carry out their duties with honesty and integrity.

It is worth mentioning that 525 officers graduated from the Kandahar Police Training Center, and 378 from the Kunduz center. They have now been officially deployed to serve the community.
