Hundreds of Kilograms of Narcotics and Drug Precursors Destroyed, Illegal Alcohol Production Facility Dismantled in Herat and Ghor

Counter-Narcotics Police personnel of the Ghor Provincial Police Command destroyed a quantity of confiscated narcotics and drug precursors in the presence of the designated committee.

The destroyed materials included 38 kilograms of opium and hashish, 1,100 liters of acid, and 825 kilograms of chemicals used in the production of narcotics.

Meanwhile, security forces in Injil District of Herat Province discovered and destroyed an illegal alcohol production facility along with a quantity of alcoholic beverages and the materials used in their production. One individual was arrested in connection with the case.
