Fire Incident Contained in Jawzjan, Preventing Financial Losses Worth AFN 20 Million

Firefighters of the Jawzjan Provincial Police Headquarters successfully contained a major fire caused by an electrical short circuit in the basement of a building in Sheberghan, the provincial capital. Thanks to their timely and professional response, financial losses estimated at more than AFN 20 million were prevented.

The incident resulted in no casualties. However, the owner of the property sustained financial losses estimated at AFN 100,000.
