Eight Taliban Militants Killed, Wounded and Arrested in Farah Province

Four Taliban militants were killed and three other Taliban militants were wounded after Afghan National Police (ANP) and Afghan National Army (ANA) launched a joint clearance operation in Ginakan village, Farah City, capital of western Farah province, yesterday.

In a separate report, Afghan National Police arrested an intelligence member of armed Taliban during a security operation.

The operation took place in the vicinity of the 2nd district, Farah City, capital of Farah province.
