Dozens Arrested in Kabul in Connection with Drug Trafficking and Sale

Forty individuals were arrested in connection with drug trafficking and the sale of narcotics during intelligence-led operations carried out by the Counter-Narcotics Police in various areas of Kabul city. After their case files are prepared, they will be handed over to judicial and legal authorities.
During the arrests, police seized:

Nearly 3,000 narcotic tablets, 
5 kilograms of hashish, 
Quantities of crystal meth and opium.
