Afghan Counter-Narcotics Special Operation Police Destroy Four Drug Caches in Paktia Province

Last night, Afghan Counter-Narcotics Special Operation Police backed by Afghan Air Forces conducted a special operation in Gul Ghondi village, Zazai Aryoub district, eastern Paktia province, destroying four drug caches containing 32380kg of hashish and 2920kg of bang seed.
Among the drugs and materials, some amount of military equipment and ammunition were also seized.
Two suspected drug-traffickers arrested as well.
The Ministry of Interior is committed to the fight against narcotics and Afghan National Counter-narcotics Police are having major success in fighting against smugglers and narcotics, which will continue.
