50,000 Intoxicating Tablets Seized in Nangarhar Province

Counter-narcotics police forces of the Nangarhar Provincial Police Command seized 50,000 intoxicating tablets during a targeted operation in the province.
According to officials, two individuals were arrested while transporting the tablets, which had been concealed inside a vehicle. The suspects were detained in the Third Police District of Jalalabad city, the provincial capital.
The arrested individuals will be handed over to judicial authorities following preliminary investigations.
