14 Members of One of the Largest Criminal Gangs Arrested in Herat City

Security police forces from the 5th District of Herat Provincial Police Command arrested 14 members of a large criminal gang following targeted security and intelligence operations.
The individuals were involved in various criminal activities across different parts of Herat city, including armed robberies, looting and plundering, disturbing public order and security, and buying and selling stolen property.
Qari Najibullah Ali, Security Chief of Herat Provincial Police Command, said that security forces would deal firmly with individuals and groups who disrupt citizens' security, public order, and peace.
He also stressed that efforts to identify and arrest other criminals are ongoing.
