13 Arrested in Connection with Criminal Offenses in Three Provinces

Police forces, in several separate operations, arrested:
7 individuals in connection with various criminal offenses in Samangan province, 
3 thieves in Herat province, 
3 others for allegedly setting fire to the clinic in the Ghorah area of Qaysar district, Faryab province.
