An 11-year feud between two families in Hazar Naw village, Mohmand Dara District of Nangarhar Province, has been resolved through reconciliation efforts.
The dispute, which began following an altercation between children, resulted in the death of one person from each family. Through the mediation and efforts of Qari Mohammad Imran Mohammadi, the district governor of Mohmand Dara, the two sides agreed to reconcile and bring the long-standing conflict to an end.
During the reconciliation ceremony, both families forgave one another and pledged to live together from now on in a spirit of Islamic brotherhood, peace, and mutual respect.
