11 Taliban Militants Killed in Farah Province
Four Taliban militants were killed and five other Taliban militants were arrested during an overnight joint operation.
The operation carried out by General Command of Police Special Units (GCPSU) and Afghan National Army Commandos in Todanak village, Bala Buluk district, western Farah province.
One vehicle and some amount of ammunition used by the militants were also destroyed and seized.
In a separate report, last night, seven Taliban militants were killed and five other Taliban militants were wounded following a clash with Afghan National Police.
The clash took place in Shor Abad village, Farah City, capital of western Farah province.
Unfortunately, an Afghan National Police member was martyred and four others were lightly wounded.
