The Directorate of Engineering for Explosive Ordnance Disposal, under the General Directorate of Plan and Operations of the Senior Security Affairs Deputy Ministry of Interior, has approved a directive regarding the distribution and regulation of jammer devices.
All relevant individuals and institutions are hereby informed that, in order to obtain a license for the installation and use of jammer devices in their vehicles, they must apply to the Jammer Regulation Management of the Directorate of Engineering for Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Ministry of Interior.
Any licenses, letters, or inquiries that have not been issued by the relevant authority shall have no legal validity.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Interior is the sole authorized body for issuing permits for jammer devices throughout the country. The Ministry of National Defense and the General Directorate of Intelligence are subject to their respective relevant regulations.
