A Number of Weapons Discovered and 13 Individuals Arrested in Connection with Criminal Crimes

Personnel of the Counter-Terrorism Department of the Herat Police Command discovered 15 pistols that had been smuggled in from Pakistan and arrested one individual in connection with the case.

Meanwhile, personnel of the Counter-Terrorism Department of Zazi Maidan District, Khost Police Command, discovered and confiscated 4 Kalashnikov rifles belonging to the public treasury.

In the meantime, police forces during several separate operations arrested 4 thieves from Helmand, 4 individuals in connection with gambling from Jawzjan, 3 individuals in connection with the theft of a vehicle from Faryab, and 2 others in connection with theft from Baghlan and Ghor provinces.
