16 Individuals Arrested in Connection with Criminal Offenses Across Five Provinces

The Criminal Investigation Police of the Ministry of Interior conducted several separate operations, resulting in the arrest of 16 individuals:
8 individuals in connection with gambling in Aqcha District, Jowzjan Province.
4 individuals for illegal logging in Ghurmach District, Jowand District, and Sang Atash District, Badghis Province.
2 thieves in Herat Province.
2 individuals involved in illegal excavation of archaeological sites in Bamyan Province.
Additionally, the police seized 5 firearms, including Kalashnikov rifles and pistols, from Lashkargah, the provincial capital of Helmand.
