A Gang of Thieves Arrested and Loud Motorcycle Silencers Collected in Maimana City

Personnel of the Third Security District of the Faryab Police Command, during a detection operation, arrested a gang of thieves.
The individuals had stolen three mobile phones, AFN 55,000 in cash, and two pieces of gold jewelry from a residential house in the Airport Area, District 9 of Maimana city.
Some of the stolen property was recovered from the suspects. Further investigations are underway to uncover other aspects of the case and complete the investigation file.
Meanwhile, as part of ongoing efforts by security police forces to maintain urban order, prevent noise pollution, and curb criminal activities, the Traffic Management Department of the Faryab Police Command, in cooperation with personnel of the First Security District, collected a number of loud and non-standard motorcycle mufflers from motorcycles in Maimana city.
