ANP Rescue Two Kidnapped Men in Herat City

Afghan National Police (ANP) rescued a kidnapped young man during an operation in PD#7, Herat City, capital of Herat province. The kidnappers had abducted the young man from Herat city few days earlier. 
Meanwhile, Afghan National Police (ANP) freed another kidnapped young man in PD#12, Herat City.
