Smuggling of 580 Sheep and Other Goods Prevented in Kandahar

Security forces in Shorabak district of Kandahar province prevented the smuggling of 580 sheep in the Badalzo area. The smugglers intended to transfer the animals across the border line to the other side. Two individuals were arrested in connection with the incident.
Additionally, in the same district, 4 motorcycles, 1 tractor, and 2,350 kilograms (94 sacks) of rice that had been brought from across the border were discovered and confiscated, and later handed over to customs authorities.
