Six Taliban Militants Killed in Balkh

Six Taliban militants were killed after Afghan National Defense and Security Forces conducted a joint clearance operation in Balkh district of Balkh.

Mullah Khadim, a senior commander of armed Taliban was among those killed.

A senior member of armed Taliban was also arrested and eight villages of Balkh district cleared of terrorists.

One vehicle and three motorcycles used by the militants were destroyed as well.
