Ministry of Interior Holds Guidance and Educational Seminar in Shakardara District of Kabul
At the initiative of the Community Policing Department of the General Directorate of Public Relations of the Ministry of Interior, a one-day educational and guidance seminar was held at the Shakardara District Police Command in Kabul Province.
During the seminar, Lieutenant Colonel Mullah Yar Mohammad Ahmadi, Deputy Director of Guidance and Religious Affairs of the Kabul Police Command, delivered a lecture to police personnel and officers of Shakardara District on treating the public with respect, observing Islamic principles, safeguarding public property, and properly carrying out professional responsibilities.
Subsequently, Mawlawi Mohammad Qasim Ebrahimi, a representative of the Office of the Minister of Interior, told the participants that maintaining security is the primary duty and responsibility of the police, and that any negligence in performing this duty is considered a betrayal of that responsibility.
Meanwhile, Mawlawi Hussainullah Zahid, the District Governor of Shakardara, welcomed the visiting delegation and described the organization of such scientific and educational seminars as important for strengthening the intellectual and professional capacities of police personnel. He expressed hope that similar seminars would continue to be held in the future.
