Eight-Year Feud Between Two Families Resolved in Khost
An eight-year feud between two families, which began approximately eight years ago between residents of Tarki village in Bak District and Balawut Gundi village in Ali Sher–Trezai District of Khost Province, resulting in the deaths of three people, has been resolved through the efforts of the Khost provincial authorities and the mediation of tribal elders.
It is worth noting that, under the direction of the Khost provincial authorities, dozens of cases of feuds and disputes among local residents have been resolved through the efforts of security personnel, particularly the Commission for the Resolution and Prevention of Conflicts. Efforts to address such disputes continue in earnest.
