Dozens Arrested for Drug Trafficking and Drug Sales in Several Provinces

A total of 68 individuals were arrested in connection with drug trafficking and the sale of narcotics during separate operations conducted by police forces in the provinces of Nangarhar, Jawzjan, Balkh, Kandahar, Laghman, Ghazni, Paktia, Parwan, Kapisa, and Samangan.

After the completion of their case files, the suspects will be referred to the relevant judicial and legal authorities.

Nearly 2,000 intoxicating tablets, along with quantities of opium, methamphetamine, and hashish, were also seized from the arrested individuals.
