Cash Assistance Provided to Nearly 200 Needy Families in Helmand Province

The Counter-Narcotics Department of the Helmand Provincial Police Command distributed AFN 5,000 in cash to each of 190 needy and destitute families who had previously been identified as eligible for assistance by a designated committee in the province.
