The Deputy Ministry for Counter Narcotics of the Ministry of Interior provided cash assistance to 600 needy families.

This cash aid was distributed to 600 underprivileged families who had previously been surveyed and identified as eligible by the Afghan Red Crescent Society in different areas of Kabul city.

Al-Haj Sheikh Abdul Rahman Munir, Deputy Minister for Counter Narcotics at the Ministry of Interior, spoke during the distribution ceremony and highlighted the compassion and kindness of the leadership of the Islamic Emirate toward the poor and needy. Mr. Munir also assured the continuation of such assistance programs in his speech.

It is worth mentioning that the process of providing aid to poor families will continue.
